Mexico Taco Hits Late Night Hoboken
We were drawn by the bright red and white vintage Coca Cola signs. We stayed for the delicious fresh tacos! Mexico Taco had a quiet weekend open in late May, and the crowds have been growing ever since. Located on Newark St. in Hoboken, Mexico Taco serves tacos on freshly prepped corn or flour tortillas. Choose between carne asada (steak), grilled pork, chicken or cactus as your main filling. Add-ons include cheese, avocado, pickled onion and sauce. Besides tacos, Mexico Taco serves up tostadas, quesadillas, and platters. We also love the Mexican sodas and refreshing agua frescas.
Working a weekend night shift or having a late night out on the town? You will be pleased to know that Mexico Taco is open from 11:30am to 3:00am Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday through Thursday they are open from 11:30am until 11:00pm. The team serving up tacos are equal parts efficient and sweet, and we wish them all the best!
