Hybrid Opens Spot 3 in the Heights

With the continued development in Jersey City, it feels right to see local entrepreuners make good on the economic opportunity inherent in that, also while embracing the cuture and retail that makes JC, well, JC. Look no further than Evan and Nelly Santiago, a JC-born and raised, multi-talented pair of entrepreneurs who now have three eateries under their belt. It all began with Hybrid, a café located downtown on Marin Boulevard. They started out with a great menu of coffees, smoothies and eats. Since then, the Santiagos have taken over the old spot of Rabble n Lion on Brunswick and recreated it as Butter, a bakery and café. And now they welcome their third spot, Hybrid located at 573 Palisade Ave.

The new Hybrid offers all of the great stuff available on the original menu. This includes the Loaded Avocado Toast and the  Belgian Waffle BEC (Bacon, Egg, and Cheese).

The Santiagos spent their time and dedication to ensuring the classic coffee drinks and brews expected at cafes are on point. Which they are, but don’t forget to try some of their unique drinks like the Yuzu Berry Matcha Latte.

Congratulations to the Santiagos and thank you for helping to make JC the place it is!
